UFirst Heating and Cooling

UFirst Heating and Cooling is an HVAC contractor focused on energy-efficient systems, with heat pumps as its specialty. Its work covers AC and heating repair and installation, heat pump conversions that replace gas furnaces, duct sealing, insulation upgrades, energy audits, and indoor air quality equipment. The company says it sizes systems to the actual heat load of a home rather than its square footage, and it handles APS and SRP rebate paperwork for eligible conversions.

The company now operates as part of the Way Cool family of brands. Service calls are $89, waived when the customer approves any repair, with the same rate on weekends and evenings and no after-hours premium. UFirst is based at 7820 N 70th Ave in Glendale and serves the West Valley, including Glendale, Peoria, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Tempe, and Tolleson.
