The Brown House Group

The Brown House Group is a real estate team led by Rachael Joiner, a Realtor with experience in both Arizona and Illinois. The team helps people learn how to position themselves financially for home ownership, with resources, guidance, workshops, mortgage loan referrals and real estate services for home buyers, sellers and investors. Rachael has been in real estate since 2007, and she is known for working through credit challenges and lease-to-own options alongside traditional buying and selling.

Clients start with a free 15-minute discovery call or a longer home buying or selling consultation, both bookable online. The team also serves as a resource center where other Realtors on Rachael's team receive coaching and mentorship. The office is on North 57th Avenue in Glendale.
