Tacos Waldo

Waldo's Tacos is a Mexican restaurant built around street-style tacos, with a menu that also includes quesadillas, burritos and tortas. The quesadillas are filled with Monterey Jack cheese and meat, and the burritos come with rice, beans, meat, cilantro and onion. The tortas are built around whatever goes between the buns, and the business also takes catering orders for events.

Orders can be placed online for pickup. Catering requests go through a short form, and a representative follows up to plan the event. The Glendale location is open Tuesday through Saturday, with a midday service window, so it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The shop is at 62nd Avenue in Glendale.
