Old Republic Distillery makes small-batch spirits in York County using fresh fruit, premium molasses and non-GMO white corn. Its lineup includes Apple Pie Moonshine, Old Republic Gin, Battlefield Vodka, Gates House Rum and Love Potion. The veteran and woman-owned family business has been operating since 2012.

Visitors can sample and buy bottles at The Markets at Shrewsbury, open Thursday through Saturday, and at New Eastern Market in York on Fridays. A tavern in Ephrata serves cocktails, food and entertainment, with indoor and outdoor seating. Spirits can also be ordered online and shipped to PA and DC addresses, with free shipping on orders of $99 or more.
