Stella's Ice Cream

Stella's Ice Cream is a premium ice cream chain that makes its ice cream in batches and rolls out a new seasonal flavor each week. The menu includes scoops, milkshakes, in-house baked treats and ice cream sandwiches, with several dairy-free and gluten-free options, including gluten-free cookies and a dairy-free ice cream base.

The Gilbert shop at 3919 East Williams Field Road is one of many Stella's locations, mostly in Idaho, Indiana and Texas. The company also offers catering and private events, along with gift cards. The kitchen handles dairy, gluten, peanuts and other allergens, so guests with severe allergies should ask staff for guidance.
