Hicken Air

Hicken Air is a family-owned HVAC company that has served homes and businesses since 2009. Its services include air conditioner repair and installation, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, heating system work, and indoor air quality products such as humidifiers, dehumidifiers, air purifiers and duct cleaning. The company also builds HVAC systems for new and custom homes.

Appointments can be booked through the website or by phone, and the Keep It Cool Club offers scheduled maintenance and priority service for members. Technicians are paid hourly rather than on commission, so the recommendations aim to match what a system actually needs. The shop is on South 144th Street in Gilbert, and crews cover Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix and Tucson.
