Beginner-friendly goat yoga classes at a Gilbert ranch26601 S. Val Vista Dr., Gilbert, AZ
Arizona Goat Yoga runs goat yoga classes that mix beginner-friendly stretching with time among baby goats, and the calendar also includes alpaca yoga sessions and themed classes for holidays and Halloween. The business says it was among the first to bring cow cuddling and alpaca yoga to the United States, and it also offers private classes, alpaca rentals, and events for parties, fundraisers, and corporate groups.
Classes are held year-round at Welcome Home Ranch in Gilbert, in a large open field where people or small groups can have their own space. The drop-in price is $20, and most sessions are booked through the calendar on the website. Gift certificates and apparel are sold online, and the goats are also registered as therapy and emotional support animals.
