SUSANNE'S BAKERY

Susanne's Bakery is a bakery and kitchen known for kouign amann, cinnamon rolls, croissants and a wide range of muffins, along with layer cakes like its strawberry whipped cream cake, pies, cookies and hot and cold sandwiches served on its own freshly baked bread. Special orders for cakes, pies and sandwich platters are common, and the bakery asks for about two business days' notice on many items.

Orders can be placed through the online ordering system, by phone or by email, and cakes can be left undecorated for customers who want to add their own toppings. The shop sits in the historic Millville District of downtown Gig Harbor and is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, open 8am to 4pm Wednesday through Saturday and 8am to 3pm on Sunday.
