Apex Physical Therapy

Apex Physical Therapy is a locally owned therapy center with two locations, one in Germantown and one in Collierville. The therapists say they treat the person rather than the diagnosis, combining several techniques to promote healing, relieve pain and restore function. Services include joint stabilization and strengthening, neuromuscular re-education, posture correction, joint mobilization, myofascial release, therapeutic taping, modalities such as heat, cold, electric stimulation, ultrasound and infrared, cupping, and optional dry-needling.

Treatment plans are adjusted from visit to visit as the therapist tracks progress, and patients are encouraged to ask about the purpose of any treatment. The Germantown clinic is at 2136 Exeter Road in Germantown, and the staff can be reached by phone to ask about conditions the clinic treats. The Germantown clinic's hours run weekdays, closing a bit earlier on Fridays.
