The story

Steep Right Up is a tea shop on Main Street in downtown Garner, known for loose-leaf teas, small-batch blends and story-driven tea experiences. The shop sells teas by type, herbs, herbal tisanes, apothecary items, spice blends and custom blends, and it hosts classes, tastings and Afternoon Tea Socials.

The shop is on the Main Street side near the railroad tracks, and visitors can enjoy train-side views while they sip. Founder Melodie, known as That Crazy Tea Lady, leads much of the blending and teaching, and her partner Lisa helps run the shop and its off-site events.
