San Miguel Painting

San Miguel Painting is a residential painting company that handles interior and exterior repaints, cabinet painting and refinishing, drywall repair, and staining for decks and fences. Interior work includes walls, ceilings, trim and doors, with cracks filled and surfaces sanded before two coats go on. Cabinet work involves removing and labeling doors and drawers and applying a multi-step primer and topcoat system.

Jose San Miguel founded the company in 2005 and still runs production, while his son Eric handles estimates and follow-up calls. Estimates usually take about an hour and the price is typically given on the spot, with larger projects getting a return visit. The company works across Dallas County and into Collin, Tarrant and Rockwall counties, and is based in Garland. Every job carries a three-year written workmanship warranty.
