On Time Experts

On Time Experts repairs and installs heating, air conditioning and plumbing systems, with common jobs including AC repair, heat pumps, water heaters, slab leaks and drain clogs. The business traces back to Bob Dolton's one-truck heating and cooling operation in Garland, and its current owner, Randy Kelley, has built the team around treating customers like family.

Service calls run around the clock, including nights, weekends and holidays, and the team aims to reach customers the same day. Technicians serve Garland and the surrounding Dallas-Fort Worth area, and the business also lists locations in McKinney, Dallas and Carrollton. Financing, a membership plan and upfront pricing are offered, and the business is licensed for heating, air conditioning and plumbing work.
