Servis Events is a private chef and catering service run by identical twin brothers Nicolas and Stephen Servis, who cook in-home dinner parties and family-style events built around locally sourced, farm-to-table ingredients. Their menus change monthly and are shaped by what they buy from nearby farms and suppliers, with each course credited to the farm or producer it came from.

For a dinner party, the team handles sourcing, cooking, serving and cleanup, and brings plateware, silverware, cookware, napkins and flowers. They take all dirty dishes home with them, but they do not supply alcohol, though they can suggest pairings. Dinner parties run from 2 to 40 guests and event catering covers groups of 25 to 100. Pasta classes are also offered. The business is based in Pipersville, and a weekday minimum of $600 and a weekend minimum of $1,000 apply to bookings.
