South Water Manor

South Water Manor is a mix of businesses in an 1860s manor on South Water Avenue in Gallatin. It includes Bistro 562 & Coffee House, which serves locally roasted coffee and a breakfast and lunch menu with house-made dressings, rubs and seasonings, plus house-made baked goods. The property also has a venue space, an artisan marketplace with more than 50 local small businesses, and a shop selling home decor and clothing.

The bistro is open Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday, and online ordering is available for the menu and for baked goods, which can be picked up by 8:00 a.m. on a chosen date. E-gift cards and house blend coffee can also be bought online. The building is about five blocks from the Gallatin town square.
