Rescued Wood Rehab is a woodshop that builds custom furniture, handmade décor and wood signs, and keeps a large inventory of lumber and live edge slabs. Custom pieces range from farmhouse tables and floating shelves to built-in cabinets and heirloom repairs. The shop also laser engraves or CNC carves names, dates, quotes and photographs onto cutting boards, chessboards and signs.
Customers can bring in a rough sketch and get help with design, choosing the right wood, or using the shop's cutting, sanding and planing tools for a DIY project. The shop is at 718 North Main Street in Fuquay-Varina and serves Holly Springs, Apex, Cary and Raleigh. Hours are Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with the shop closed on Sundays.
