Duncan Design Build

Duncan Design Build handles design, construction and renovation for homes and commercial spaces, following projects from first concept through final completion. Its work includes residential remodeling, new residences, disaster restoration and environmental rehab, along with interior and exterior design. The team works with skilled craftsmen and is open to unusual materials and unexpected combinations for clients who want something distinctive.

Designers work alongside everyone involved in a project from the concept stage onward, so owners, designers and builders share the same plan. Keith Duncan is listed as founder and owner, with Anita Duncan as design owner, Julian Barela as operations manager and Ryan Oberlander as project manager for sales. The business is based in Fruita, Colorado, and project inquiries can be sent through its contact form.
