Upstate Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy practice that treats everything from routine aches and pains to recovery from injury or surgery. Its treatment plans are built around each patient's own goals after a thorough evaluation. The practice is known for newer options such as shockwave therapy, which is commonly used for plantar fasciitis, along with dry needling, spinal decompression for neck and back pain, and manual therapy.

The practice is locally owned and was founded in Denton in 2004 by owner and physical therapist Matthew Infanzon. It now has clinics in Frisco, Plano and Richardson, and its Frisco clinic is at 9300 Wade Blvd. Most insurance plans are accepted, and the clinics offer private consultations and home exercise programs alongside in-clinic care.
