Fannin Tree Farm

Fannin Tree Farm grows and sells trees for North Texas landscapes, with a wide selection that includes live oaks, Shumard red oaks, cedar elms, Southern magnolias and Texas redbuds. The farm also installs trees, transplants them, and offers ongoing care for homeowners and businesses. Michael and Cindy Fannin founded it in 1977, and their sons now run the daily operations.

The sales lot covers 20 acres, and visitors can tour it by cart and hand-select their trees, though phone orders are also accepted. Free in-depth consultations help plan a landscape, and every installed tree carries a one-year guarantee. Lead times usually run two to three weeks and can stretch to four to six in peak season. The nursery sits on State Highway 121 in Frisco, and Sunday hours are shorter than weekday hours.
