Family Health Market

Family Health Market is a health food store in Frisco that sells vitamins, supplements and sports nutrition, along with a Smoothie Zone serving fruit smoothies, acai bowls, wraps and frozen yogurt. The store also has an in-house nutritionist who can help build a health plan, suggest foods and advise on specific supplements.

The store is family-owned and has been open in Frisco since September 2003, after owner Wade Stewart opened his first store in Lubbock in 1997. The store is at 4971 Preston Rd, and the Frisco location is run by Wade's stepson, Michael. Staff can answer questions on topics ranging from immune support to high cholesterol.
