One Call Services

One Call Services is a damage restoration company that has operated out of Fremont since 2012. It is known for emergency water extraction, crawlspace drying and mold remediation, and its crews start each job with moisture-meter and thermal imaging inspections. Water jobs usually run $2,000 to $8,000, and the company gives a written scope and price before any work begins.

The phone is answered 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays, and the company aims to reach most Fremont addresses within 60 minutes. Inspections are free. One Call bills insurance directly on water, fire and sewage losses and documents mold work for your carrier. Because many Fremont homes sit on slabs and crawlspaces, the crews check the crawlspace on water calls. Crews work in English and Spanish.
