Freehold Chiropractic

Freehold Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice led by Dr. Russell Brokstein, focused on spinal adjustments and care for the extremities such as shoulders, knees, ankles and hips. The practice also offers sports and performance care, custom Foot Levelers orthotics, nutritional counseling and a weight loss program. Dr. Brokstein's own approach, which he calls the Brokstein technique, blends several adjusting methods, and he uses a surface EMG spinal scan at the start of each exam.

Visits are scheduled one patient at a time, and treatment typically begins on the first visit after the exam. Online booking is available. The office is at 9 Broadway in downtown Freehold, New Jersey, and the practice welcomes patients of all ages, including children, athletes and seniors.
