Raven and Thorn

Raven & Thorn is a bar in Fredonia that pours Chautauqua wines, crafted cocktails and draft beers. The wine list features bottles from Johnson Estate and 21 Brix, with reds like Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir and whites like Pinot Grigio and Gewurztraminer. Cocktail picks include the Aperol Spritz, Hugo Spritz, Jamaica Inn and Café Sorrento, along with mocktails and a small menu of bar bites such as wings, pizza logs and a personal charcuterie board.

The bar is open Wednesday through Sunday evenings, with later hours on Friday and Saturday. Wednesdays bring beer specials and Thursdays cocktail specials. The regular calendar includes trivia on Sunday nights, board game night, a dark romance book club, and a monthly drag night on the last Saturday. Wings and fries are served until an hour before closing, when the kitchen closes.
