Innozign Contracting

Innozign Contracting is a design-construction firm that handles remodeling, major renovations, additions and new construction for both homes and commercial properties. It gives layout recommendations for kitchens and bathrooms and produces 3D designs and renderings so clients can see a space before work begins. Owner Justin Simons leads the business, which has worked with New Jersey clients since 2006.

Projects start with an appointment of roughly 30 to 60 minutes for measuring, photos and discussion, and a confirmation call or text comes the day before. Estimates, contracts, invoices and designs are sent electronically. The company files permit paperwork with the local municipality and schedules required inspections, and it covers floors and work areas to keep dust down. Free estimates are offered. The office is in North Brunswick, and projects are mostly in New Jersey, with some in Pennsylvania and New York.
