TBL Construction

TBL Construction is a family-established custom home builder, developer and construction management company based in Frankfort, Illinois, with over 40 years of experience. Clients can choose one of the company's plans, customize a plan, design a new one, or bring their own plans. The company is best known for its work in Candle Creek, an upscale subdivision on the north side of Frankfort that it designed and developed.

Homes are built to the company's own standards with quality materials and qualified trades, and buyers work directly with the builder on their new home. Candle Creek has 60 single-family homesites, two ponds and a park with a bike path. The model and office are at 20145 Waterview Trail in Frankfort, and visits are by appointment, so call ahead before stopping by.
