Fountain Fitness and Martial Arts

Fountain Fitness and Martial Arts offers whole-body fitness, martial arts and mindset-based training for kids, adults and families. Its programs focus on strength, mobility, conditioning, confidence, discipline and resilience, and the gym also runs self-defense seminars, nutrition goal coaching and youth programs. The business was formerly known as 753 Academy and carries on the same programs under its new name.

New visitors can meet Coach Eric to talk through goals and be matched with a program, then try a free intro class. The studio is in the Crossings at Fountain Hills Shopping Center on East Palisades Boulevard, near La Montana. Schedules and class booking are handled through its website.
