Steppin Up Physical Therapy

Steppin' Up Physical Therapy provides outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy for orthopedic injuries, back and neck pain, headaches, TMJ, vertigo, and post-surgical recovery. Its services also include pediatric rehab, amputee rehab, Parkinson's disease care using LSVT BIG, and trigger point dry needling. The clinic was founded in 2004 by Jason Hazelett, who has practiced physical therapy in the Fort Wayne area since 1998.

The Lahmeyer Road office is at 4303 Lahmeyer Rd on Fort Wayne's northeast side, and the practice has other locations on Auburn Road, Sage Bluff Crossing and West Gump Road in Huntertown. Patients receive one-on-one care throughout their visit, starting with an evaluation and a personalized care plan. Workers' compensation cases are accepted, and the office is open weekdays with shorter hours on Fridays.
