Granite Ridge Builders

Granite Ridge Builders is a custom home builder that offers floor plans from its catalog of more than 180 designs, along with custom plans drawn by its in-house designers. The company builds on a customer's own land, builds lakefront homes, and offers move-in ready homes and available homes in the Fort Wayne area. Its catalog includes one-story, 1.5-story, two-story, and three-story designs, from smaller three-bedroom plans to large luxury homes.

The main office is also the company's design center at 1020 Woodland Plaza Run in Fort Wayne, a newly remodeled space of about 15,000 square feet where buyers can choose finishes and décor in one place. Buyers are assigned dedicated team members for each stage of design and construction. Model homes are open for tours, and open houses are held on set weekends, with a few special Parade of Homes dates listed on the site.
