Conner's Kitchen + Bar

Conner's Kitchen + Bar is an upscale casual restaurant serving scratch-made comfort food, craft beers and specialty cocktails. Its menus cover breakfast, lunch, dinner and a popular weekend brunch, with dishes like vanilla buttermilk pancakes, cheesy chicken enchiladas, BBQ pulled pork nachos, lump crab hushpuppies, fried chicken and waffles, and pecan praline French toast. The meatloaf and fried chicken are house favorites.

The restaurant is across from the Grand Wayne Convention Center, near the Embassy Theater and Parkview Field, and it is open seven days a week. Reservations are accepted, and private dining is available for groups of 15 to 250. Parties of six or more are charged a 20% gratuity. Parking is free in the Courtyard Garage at 1210 Harrison St. for up to three hours with validation and a $10 minimum purchase. A second location, Conner's Rooftop, is also downtown.
