Barnes Real Estate Services

Barnes Real Estate Services is a residential real estate team led by Warren Barnes, a team leader and associate broker with North Eastern Group Realty. The team helps buyers find homes, helps sellers list their properties and offers home valuations for owners who want to know what their house is worth. Warren grew up in Huntertown and studied computer science at IPFW before moving into real estate.

The agents focus on Fort Wayne and the surrounding area, and they also work with clients in nearby towns such as Huntertown, Leo, New Haven, Auburn and Garrett. Buyers can ask about financing, and people thinking about building or investing in property can start a conversation too. Clients can reach the team by phone or through the online contact form. The brokerage is licensed in Indiana.
