Alicia J Hollis Realtor

Alicia J. Hollis Rentals & Sales handles vacation rentals, condo property management and resort real estate sales on Florida's Emerald Coast. The company represents a number of vacation condos, with a particular focus on the El Matador and Surf Dweller complexes, and it also represents some rentals owned by individual homeowners.

Vacation guests can book beachfront and waterview units by bedroom count, and the company offers a competitive alternative to hotels and motels. Owners who want someone to handle the day-to-day work of managing a rental can list with the firm, which currently accepts properties in Fort Walton Beach, Destin and the Okaloosa Island area. The office is at 221 Santa Rosa Boulevard on Okaloosa Island, and the business has operated since 1982.
