Advanced A/C & Heating

Advanced A/C & Heating is an HVAC company in Fort Walton Beach that repairs and installs air conditioners and heaters for homes and businesses. Its work includes heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and commercial refrigeration repair and installation. The company also does spray foam installation and remodeling and new construction jobs.

Maintenance plans are a big part of the business, meant to keep systems running efficiently and extend equipment life. Crews also install indoor air quality products and programmable thermostats. The company serves Okaloosa and Walton counties, including South Walton and South Santa Rosa, and says it is state licensed and insured. A notice on the website says the business was purchased by Cool Currents Air Conditioning and Heating, LLC, which says it is continuing the same service under the existing name.
