Blu Sushi

Blu Sushi serves Japanese food with a large sushi and sashimi menu, including specialty rolls such as the Spicy Samurai, Mango Tango and Sugar Mama. Starters include gyoza, tuna tataki and jalapeño poppers, and hot entrees range from chicken teriyaki and katsu chicken to udon noodles in dashi broth.

The lunch menu lets diners pick two rolls, or eight pieces of sashimi or sushi, served with soup or salad. Brown rice and fried rice can be substituted, and the restaurant also has a wine and cocktail list, a happy hour and catering. It is on McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers.
