Southern Shade Tree

Southern Shade Tree is a full-service landscaping and tree company that handles design, installation and ongoing care. Its work ranges from new residential yards and irrigation systems to commercial grounds, with lighting, seasonal color and sod for builders and developers. The company traces its roots to 1954 and holds licenses in both North and South Carolina.

Most jobs start with a free, on-site quote, and the team can manage a project from grading through planting and irrigation. Commercial clients such as office parks, school districts and country clubs can set up year-round maintenance programs. The office is in Fort Mill, and crews serve the Charlotte area and several South Carolina cities, including Rock Hill, Columbia, Greenville, Charleston and Myrtle Beach.
