Efficient Contractors Inc

Efficient Contractors Inc is a commercial framing, drywall, finishing and painting contractor that started as a commercial painting company and added a drywall division after repeatedly having to paint over poorly hung walls. Its work covers corporate centers, retail, educational institutions, churches, healthcare, hospitality and office and mixed-use buildings, with both new builds and remodels. The company offers a turnkey drywall and paint package from one subcontractor.

The firm works mainly with general contractors and developers on commercial projects, and it serves the Carolinas from offices in Fort Mill, SC and Charleston, SC. Clients are invited to call or email to discuss a project. The Fort Mill office is at Gold Hill Road and is open weekdays during business hours.
