Dream Yoga and Wellness

Dream Yoga and Wellness is a yoga and wellness center offering heated and non-heated yoga, Pilates, infrared saunas, cold plunges and mental health therapy. Its classes range from hot power yoga and strength classes to a beginner-friendly non-heated yoga class and an athlete-focused mobility and recovery class. Therapy services include individual mental health therapy and coaching, family and couples therapy, and sports psychology.

The studio has locations in Indian Land and Waxhaw, and members can book classes through its app. Supervised childcare is offered at the Indian Land location for children ages 3 and up or those who are potty trained, and a yoga mat rental is available for $5 after a first free class. Founded in 2022 by former NFL player Doug Middleton and his wife Caroline, the center also hosts workshops, member events and a planned retreat in Beech Mountain, NC.
