Event Space

The Social House is an event space in Lanoka Harbor that rents by the hour for birthdays, bridal and baby showers, graduation parties, team banquets and similar gatherings. It is also open to small businesses, vendors and creatives who want a flexible room for pop-up shops, workshops, classes, networking events or photo sessions. The neutral, modern room can be dressed to match a theme or brand.

Rentals include tables, chairs, tablecloths, a greenery wall, a Bluetooth speaker, a cooler and refrigerator, and an LED sign. Decor, a balloon arch, buffet setup and themed place settings can be added, and a preferred vendor list covers bounce houses, face painting, balloon twisting and dessert stations. The space is BYOB, and catering is available through a preferred caterer or you can bring your own food. Weekend rentals start at $175 per hour with a three-hour minimum, and weekday rentals are $150 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
