Reflective Reasoning

Reflective Reasoning is a private counseling practice offering psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families. The practice works with depression, anxiety, trauma and abuse, grief and loss, divorce, parenting concerns, relationship and communication problems, and behavioral issues. Treatment is individualized, and the approach draws on several methods, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and mindfulness.

Initial diagnostic assessments are $155, individual sessions are $135, and family or couples sessions are $145, with a $60 fee for missed appointments without notice. The practice accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, CareFirst, Cigna, Optum and United Healthcare, and it offers telehealth. Clients are asked to call at least one business day ahead to cancel or reschedule. The office is at 132B Industry Lane in Forest Hill, Maryland.
