DICORP, Inc.

DICORP is a family of generationally controlled companies and nonprofits whose software businesses supply digital platforms to healthcare, public safety, and government customers. Its best-known product is the DI V7 Trauma Registry, built on 40 years of work with hospitals, trauma systems, and state programs. Its other software arm focuses on low-code automation and workflow tools for cloud applications.

Alongside the software companies, DICORP runs a philanthropic arm anchored by Technology 4 Causes, which donates software and provides grants and operational support to nonprofits and youth programs. A management and investment division handles shared back-office services and invests in specialty software companies, with an approach aimed at long-term ownership rather than a near-term sale. The company lists a Maryland phone number, but the material does not state a town or service area.
