The Gym

The Gym is a locally owned fitness center in Forest Grove that has been keeping area residents fit for more than 34 years. Members can join group exercise classes, book personal training and request custom workout programs, using equipment the business describes as state-of-the-art in a small, personal setting.

Membership is kept small, so the floor is rarely crowded. Members can come in around the clock, and same-day workouts and training are available. The facility also has a sauna, racquetball and basketball courts, a smoothie bar and tanning. Summer memberships are offered in June, and the front desk takes calls for details.
