Live With Nutrition

Live With Nutrition is a dietitian practice led by Elizabeth Stasny, a registered dietitian nutritionist, with a team of RDN clinicians. The practice focuses on nutrition counseling for conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, IBS, PCOS and menopause, as well as unintentional weight changes and nutrition planning for people on GLP-1 medications. Care is built around gentle, realistic changes and making peace with food rather than strict dieting, and the team also offers nutrition plans for patients with progressive illnesses like dementia and Parkinson's, including altered texture diets.

Visits are offered in person at the Flower Mound office on Cross Timbers Road or by telehealth for patients in Texas and several other states. The practice is in-network with a number of insurers, including Aetna, BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Humana and Medicare, though Medicare covers only diabetes and kidney disease visits, and cash fees apply otherwise. The team also gives presentations for caregivers and groups.
