Thomas K. Fischer Builders/Developers handles custom home building, land development, historical home renovation, and design and architecture work. Its best-known project is Tinker Farms in Upper Makefield, Pennsylvania, a 250-acre former family farm converted into a single-family home community of 19 custom-built homes with 50 acres of protected green space.
The firm covers the process from property acquisition through planning, development and completion, and also offers consulting for clients who want custom or historically accurate work. Tom Fischer has been involved for years with the Heritage Conservancy, local historical societies and business and professional associations.
