Shermans Lounge

Sherman's Lounge is a Flint bar that has featured live local bands since 1969. Bands play on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday nights, and there is karaoke on Thursdays. The menu centers on pizza, stromboli, subs and signature sandwiches, with fried snacks for late-night cravings.

The bar is fully stocked and has multiple flat-screen TVs, three pool tables, video games and keno. The kitchen stays open until 1 AM every day. Local musicians interested in playing are asked to call the bar and ask for Alan or Jesse. The bar is at 4211 Fenton Road in Flint, between Hemphill and Atherton, and it recently changed management.
