PURE FLOW PILATES STUDIO

Pure Flow Pilates Studio offers Pilates classes built around Reformer, Chair, Roller, Mat and Barre work. Sessions focus on core strength, flexibility, balance and overall wellness, and suit both first-timers and people with years of Pilates experience. The Reformer work combines body weight with spring resistance for controlled, smooth movement across lying, sitting, kneeling and standing positions.

The studio runs small group classes as well as private training, and classes can be booked through its website. It is located at 208 South 3rd Street in Flagler Beach, in a space the studio describes as built around mindful movement.
