Transformative Wellness

Transformative Journeys Therapeutic Bodywork is a massage practice led by licensed massage therapist Chelsey Gilbert, who works with chronic pain, restricted mobility, scar tissue, and stress. Core services include therapeutic massage, Myofascial Release, cupping, and intuitive energy work that uses tarot, oracle cards, and astrology for reflection rather than prediction. Sessions are tailored to each client's needs, and the practice also offers wellness education and a retail shelf of self-care tools.

Sessions are one-on-one, in person or virtual, and the practice suggests requesting a consult first to talk through goals and a treatment plan. Work tends to be most useful over several visits, so packages are available, and HSA and FSA payments are accepted. The main office is on Parkside Drive in Fishers, with Thursday appointments at a second location in Indianapolis.
