Indiana Business and Real Estate Academy

IBREA is a real estate school that provides pre-licensing and continuing education for Indiana real estate agents and managing brokers. Its courses are built to help students meet Indiana Real Estate Commission education standards, and it offers state-approved classes for salespersons seeking a license as well as licensed agents completing their requirements. The school does not offer appraisal education or appraiser licensing.

Classes come in live, virtual through Zoom, and online self-paced formats, and packages include practice exams, flashcards and instructor support. Payment plans and installment options are available, and the school offers a career support program covering job placement help and mentorship. Classes are held at varying locations, so check the current schedule before planning a visit.
