IN Chiropractic & Wellness is a Fishers chiropractic practice led by Dr. Todd McDougle. It offers general chiropractic care, sports chiropractic, scoliosis treatment and pre- and post-surgical chiropractic. The office works with athletes as well as patients dealing with back pain, sciatica, disc bulges and joint problems in the shoulders, knees, hips and ankles, and it takes on complex cases such as severe scoliosis and patients with spinal hardware from earlier surgery.

All visits are by appointment, and new patients should expect a wait of a few weeks for a first visit. X-rays are taken on site as part of the first appointment, so there is no need to bring films from another provider. The practice does not bill insurance. Patients can pay by check, cash or major credit card, use FSA or HSA funds, or finance care through CareCredit. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Telehealth consultations are also offered, and the office serves patients in Fishers, Noblesville, Carmel and across Hamilton County.
