Progressive Dental Lab

Progressive Dental Lab is a dental laboratory that makes crowns, bridges and implant work for dental offices. Its focus is zirconia, including full diamond zirconia crowns and porcelain fused to zirconia pieces, and the lab has been milling zirconia in-house for years. Jeff Hansen started the lab in 1973, and all phases of the work are done on site, which gives the lab control over frame design, fit and shading for metal-free crowns.

Clients are dental offices in Bellingham, Lynden, Ferndale and other parts of Whatcom and Skagit counties. The lab offers pick-up and delivery in its area, and UPS delivery outside it carries no charge. It accepts digital impressions from Cerec Connect, Itero and 3M, so offices can send scans instead of physical impressions. The lab is located in Ferndale and became an affiliate of Whatcom Dental Lab in 2022.
