Pacific Window Systems

Pacific Window Systems is a commercial glazing contractor that builds and installs windows and window frames. The company started in 1999 when two Crook brothers set out to open their own commercial glazing business, and it grew from a small backyard frame shop into a larger shop with an in-house window fabrication system.

The company is 100% employee owned, set up as an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) so ownership is shared among the employees who do the work. Pacific Window Systems describes itself as a contractor that works well on any jobsite, with a crew that includes family members and longtime employees.
