Soma Spa

Soma Spa is a massage and skincare studio in Farmington offering massage, facials, Ayurvedic treatments and head spa rituals. Its massage menu includes Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, reflexology, cupping and a signature five-point marma treatment, with facials ranging from a PCA SKIN clinical peel to a marma point facial. Packages that pair a massage with a scrub or facial are also offered, along with seasonal specials.

Appointments are the norm and can be booked online, and the team says calls and texts are usually returned within two hours. All massage therapists hold a Connecticut massage license. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, since late changes and no-shows are charged half the service. The studio is in The Exchange at 270 Farmington Avenue in Farmington, and private rooms are available for groups such as bachelorette parties.
