Designer Homes of Fargo Moorhead

Designer Homes is a custom home builder in the Fargo-Moorhead area, building both fully custom homes and move-in ready residences. The company offers existing floor plans that can be tailored, or a completely unique design, and its in-house architectural designer and interior designers help with floor plans and finishes like tile, flooring, lighting and paint colors. Designer Homes also has a collection of luxury townhomes.

The process starts with an initial consultation with a New Home Specialist, followed by floor plan design, pricing and a detailed proposal, selection meetings at partner showrooms and the company's main office showroom, then construction, framing and electrical walkthroughs, a final walkthrough and closing. The company also schedules a customer visit around the one-year mark after closing. Buyers can build on their own land or find a lot in the communities where the company builds, including West Fargo, Horace and Mapleton. The office is on 47th Street South in Fargo, open weekdays, with weekend visits by appointment.
